The iconic Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort is looking for an sales assistant to aid our sales department and our marketing director. The position is a permanent assistant position working closely with our sales director as well as different stakeholder groups like travel agencies, tour leaders, customers, our Tallinn reservation office as well as members of front office and marketing teams, to name a few.

Tasks revolve heavily around writing professional email correspondence across different stakeholder groups, replying to inquiries and customer feedbacks as well as assisting in sales. The position is sales focused, but an additional flare for marketing is most welcome. Training for the position will be provided by our sales director whom you will working closely with.

Requirements:

-Language skills: English is a must, as it is our company language. Other languages are considered a plus!

-Interest in sales.

-Ability to write professional correspondence

-interest in working in an international team

The workplace is located approx. 10 km from the center of Saariselkä, and a rental apartment can be arranged through us if necessary in the Resort area. Salary is according to the agreement.
