When you join our team, you will get an access to our induction/training portal. We have had our web based portal running now for a bit over a year now. For us, it is very important that you get to know the company history, your own departments training material, Finland specific ways of working, employment legislation in Finland and information about collective agreement in hotel, restaurant and leisure industry.

With our Academy it is easy to make sure that everyone has the possibility to know all the basic instructions and minimize the possibility that for instance someone forgets to tell you something and you can also go back and check if you dont remember how something goes. As many of our employees are here only for a season, therefore it's vital that all information that is necessary can be found from one place. 

We encourage everyone to complete their Academy and everyone who completes are of course awarded with a prize! 🥳
